About

Studio Murano Art is a company that produces and sells glass artwork, crafted using the traditional techniques from Murano Island, in Northeast Italy.

Studio Murano Art’s artist and cofounder, Giuliano Pinzan, comes from an Italian family with deep roots in the glass craftsmanship. His grandfather, a post-war immigrant, taught his children, whom in turn taught Giuliano this noble trade.

After years of work, he got the opportunity to open his workshop on the beautiful island of Aruba, where he hoped to show, to residents and tourists alike, his art.

Blowing glass is a really ancient technique, consisting of heating the glass at 1000 C, and then blowing it through a tube, molding it into all kinds of shapes. The glass we use can either be special studio class glass, or recycled from bottles and other common-use objects.

Studio Murano Art opened for business on 2019, in the area known as Ayo, really close to the impressive Ayo Rock Formations and on the route to the Natural Bridge. The workshop is located in a beautiful ancient Cunucu house, traditionally from Aruba, adapted in a way that our guests can enjoy their visit to our workshop and showroom.
