For this event, the culinary masters at Tango have teamed up with CAYMUS Vineyards to bring all steak and wine lovers the ultimate Food & Wine pairing menu. The dinner will start off with a grilled tenderloin as an amuse-bouche, followed by a first course with steak tartare. In the second course a juicy skirt steak, followed by black Angus rib-eye. The dinner will be completed with a hot chocolate brownie as dessert. The 5-course dinner will be paired with the best wines from CAYMUS Vineyards.
If you don’t want to miss this delightful event, it is suggested to make reservations in advance as seating is limited. The price for this 5-course dinner with exclusive wine pairing is US$ 120 per person (a 15% service charge will be added to your bill).
