Team Member Appreciation Week!
At Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino, Team Member Appreciation Week unfolded under the Thrive@Hilton value proposition, offered to all Team Members at all levels in the 105 countries and territories where the company operates.
Thrive@Hilton is designed to sustain high performance among Team Members; from front-desk clerks and management team, to housekeeping and maintenance crews, and the time designated to acknowledge their commitment was planned by the department of Human Resources and it included a number of communal activities, meant to de-stress and enhance well-being across departments.
Team Members got together each day, with the idea of creating a space to unwinding the mind, body and spirit, with indoor games in the Morris Lapidus Grand Ballroom one day, and an exclusive coffee break, carnival edition, on another; daily department VS department challenges and happy hour over mocktails at the end of the week.
Resort Team Members are the essences of what Hilton does and as such they carry the largest share of its success. Appreciation Week is designed to serve them as a dynamic platform for the exchange of ideas and involvement, besides the obvious fun!
