Each keynote speaker gave tips and recommendations to the female associates about managing a successful career, maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle, doing breast self-exams, the symptoms of breast cancer as well as providing preventive measures for breast cancer.

Aruba Marriott organized this moving event as part of Marriott International’s efforts to celebrate achievements toward gender equality and women’s empowerment around the world and at the same time to raise awareness of issues that uplift women globally.
