Aruba Marriott Hosts Workshop on 'Inclusion in the Workplace'

April was Autism Awareness Month and in connection with this Autism Awareness, Aruba Marriott invited Fundacion Autismo Aruba to give a workshop on ‘Inclusion in the Workplace’ to its associates.
Diversity and inclusion are fundamental to Marriott’s core values and taking care of people lives within the Marriott culture. As a result, Aruba Marriott consistently strives towards identifying and removing barriers, so that they can continue to offer an environment that promotes and breathes diversity and inclusion to its guests and associates.
