Aruba Marriott Organized A Job Awareness Day For Its Associates
An update from the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino.
Recently the Aruba Marriott organized a job awareness day for all its associates, where each department creatively setup their booth in the Grand Ballroom to share information with fellow colleagues about the functionality of each department and simultaneously promote any open positions available.
This event was organized with aim to raise awareness for each department around the complex of the Aruba Marriott and promote internal growth and development opportunities. During the event associates had the opportunity to visit the booths to potentially find new interests in different areas of the hotel. Associates also had the chance to create a development plan with the help of the human resources team to help them reach their career goals.
