Aruba’s Annual Boat Fest 2023 was a success!

After a long wait, all party lovers were able to enjoy a spectacular Boat Fest last Saturday, January 28th.

It is confirmed that Surfside beach was completely occupied by more than 120 boats and over 3500 partygoers!

Boats started anchoring along the coastline early in the morning and at 10am the party started with live music from DJ Vibes, DJ Sky, DJ Edje, DJ T, DJ Lange, and around 5.15pm Ataniro was able to take the party to the next level. Despite the weather and occasional rain. Boat Fest was in full swing with countless floaties. From 6 pm the party moved to Surfside Beach Bar accompanied by the best brass band in Aruba. An eventful day for sure! A big thank you goes to Coronita and Moët et Chandon for providing a unique beach experience for all Boat Fest attendees.

During the full-day event, a cleaning team was set out to make sure Surfside beach stay clean from bottles and other discarded items. The very next day, a diving team set out to scan the bottom of the sea to retrieve any trash that was left behind. The great news is that only a few pieces were found! A huge compliment goes to everyone for their amazing environmental effort and responsibility in keeping the island clean.

The official Boat Fest 2023 after movie will be posted on the YouTube channel of Yummy Aruba and social media of Surfside Beach Bar. Until Boat Fest 2024!

Boat Fest 2023 was sponsored by Coronita, Moët et Chandon, Hennessy, Fookiu Vodka and Aperol.
