This will be held on Saturday, March 4th at 7 pm. The event promises to be a feast for the senses, with an exciting variety of dishes that are perfectly paired with a range of delicious wines.
The evening kicks off with an amuse-bouche of 'Croquette' of Prosciutto di Parma paired with Freixenet Prosecco Rose from Italy, setting the tone for a tasty meal ahead. The first appetizer, flamed shrimp with lemon, saffron vinaigrette, textures of tomato, artichoke hearts, and parsley, is paired with a delightful Allegrini Lugana Oasi Mantellina from Veneto Italy.
The second appetizer features slow-cooked pulpo with potato crème and rösti, smoked yellow bell pepper salad, and scallion sauce, which promises to be a highlight of the evening. The main course, Fillet 'Solomillo' with Padron pepper, black rice, pickled red onion, and sherry-red wine sauce, is paired with a luscious Palazzo de la Torte from Italy.
