Each course has been carefully curated by our expert chef and paired with a premium wine selection from California and Italy. We guarantee this dinner will be an unforgettable culinary journey for your taste buds.
The evening begins with a refreshing salmon tartar served with honey mustard dressing and sweet and sour cucumber, perfectly paired with La Marca Rose Prosecco from Italy. Next up is a flavorful couscous salad paired with William Hill Chardonnay from California.
For the third pairing, we have a succulent seared tuna paired with Mark West Pinot Noir from California, followed by a hearty beef stew paired with Chateau Souverain from California. And, to end the night on a sweet note, we have a delicious Belgian waffle paired with BetasioloMoscato d'Asti from Italy.
