La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino combined its Leader of the 1st Quarter Celebration with meaningful actions that directly benefited the community.
The initiative not only reflected the resort’s core values but also emphasized its commitment to fostering a sense of social responsibility among associates.

That's why the resort is making a collective effort to extend a helping hand to organizations such as Luna Foundation, ensuring collaboration which makes a meaningful impact. By living the principle of "Being Good by Doing Good," the resort aims at celebrating achievements while making tangible, positive impact to the community. With a volunteer this initiative at Luna Foundation, La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino hopes to set an example and encourage other companies and individuals to continue supporting similar organizations and other worthy causes. After spending a meaningful afternoon and making a difference at Luna Foundation, the team gathered to celebrate the two Leaders who excelled during the 1st Quarter of 2024: Jonathan Bremo, the Accounting Manager and Aichel Lynch, the Activities Manager. Their continuous commitment to the resort and its guests and self-assured leadership, inspires and uplift their colleagues and peers. Both Jonathan and Aichel are exemplary leaders, and though the decision was tough, Jonathan Bremo emerged as the winner for the quarter.
The day delivered a harmonious blend of community service and achievement celebration, reminding the team that every act of service and every triumph deserves to be celebrated. The resort, its management team and the associates, expressed heartfelt gratitude for Jonathan’s and Aichel’s spirit of excellence.
