La Cabana hosts great song festival.
Concierge Maruschca Violenus, and Engineer Randolf Roch, won top honors in the recent song festival with Germaine Henriquez, of the F&B Department, winning best show.
The winners received the loudest applause and were enthusiastically endorsed by both judges and audiences in two categories, A & B.
Besides Maruschca Violenus in the A category, other excelling singers were Ryanda Geerman & Lyrza Lansiquot, Front Office in second place and Roberto Cañas, Housekeeping, in third.
Winners for the B category included Engineer Randolf Roch in first place, Juan Perez, of Housekeeping in second and Fawcett Antonnio of the Pool & Beach in third.
The perfectly organized song festival, entertained the resort associates greatly, as it was organized in detail by the Social Committee. The festival awarded attractive trophies to its winners, all generously sponsored by resort purveyors.
Accompanied by Buleria, the festival was judged by professional jury members, who gave up their free time to contribute to the level of professionalism and showmanship, as they selected the winners from among talented participants.
The evening was filled with excellent music, raffles and door prizes and included a number of surprises and Carnival dancing.
