Father's Day was celebrated at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino.
With one of the island’s most unique and picturesque settings, the Sunset Grille at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino was the perfect spot to celebrate Father’s Day on Sunday, June 20th, 2021.
The Father’s Day special menu was put together by the resort’s culinary brigade, who viewed the experience as an opportunity to infuse the restaurant’s favorite dishes with love for the head of the family, the patriarch, saying “I love you Papi,” with a sprinkle of local flair and abundant passion.
The choice of appetizers for Dad’s unforgettable dinner included the restaurant’s signature Lobster Bisque, served under puff pastry, Ahi Tuna Tartare or Steakhouse Wedge Lettuce, all three known as classics.
The choice of entrees, a 16oz Ribeye Steak, Blackened Grouper or Aruban Seafood Risotto prepared in lobster sauce, with shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams and fresh grouper, were all expertly plated to please Dad’s discerning taste.
For dessert, some perennial selections were offered, including Bolo Borracho, a local liquor-soaked cake, or Trio Crème Brulée of Coffee, Chocolate and Vanilla flavors.
The Food & Beverage Department of the resort was rewarded with a with cheerful & grateful guests celebrating the important male figures in their lives.
