The wait is over! The restaurant balances classic moves with contemporary taste and fresh perspective. It has a distinguished ambiance, and unforgettable moments for both locals and guests.
Located within the iconic Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino, this timeless steakhouse has been an island favorite for more than 60 years, evolving into the all new Sunset Grille in conjunction with the resort’s overall enhancements. These updates included the rejuvenation of the Sunset Bar, and the revitalization of Sunset Grille. The restaurant proudly presents its refreshed concept, featuring elegantly decorated, air-conditioned indoor dining, along with an intimate private dining space for up to 10 guests. For those who prefer dining al fresco, the wraparound terrace provides breathtaking views of Palm Beach and the resort grounds—an idyllic setting to take in Aruba’s iconic sunsets.
The restaurant offers prime cuts of meat, fresh seafood, shareable plates, and signature specialties crafted with classic sophistication. Diners will be pleased to find global flavors on the menu, blending culinary influences from the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Meals are complemented by handcrafted cocktails and a carefully curated wine list showcasing over 300 bottles from renowned regions around the world. A unique feature, the new gin trolley, allows guests to enjoy a refreshing and immersive cocktail experience, highlighting the delightful Dutch spirit alongside a selection of botanicals for both traditional and modern creations.
