Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort Beach Clean Up
An act of kindness by the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort team.
In honor of World Kindness Day (November 13, 2021), Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort is taking the opportunity to look back at how their incredible team practices acts of kindness on the job. Throughout the week (November 8-13) all team members participated in a series of events and celebrated with the rest of the world towards one simple mission - to be a little kinder to each other. You never know what a difference it can make to someone.
One of the most popular events during the week was the ‘Walk in my Shoe’ program. Wind Creek Hospitality has created this program for department heads to walk for a day in the shoes of their team members. The program was designed for managers to experience the daily tasks and at the same time to get a better understanding of the challenges their team members face during the day. It is a fun exercise that has become a very popular program within the Wind Creek family.
As part of giving back to the community and taking care of the environment, team members of Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort gathered in the early morning and cleaned Wariruri Beach, a great way to close off World Kindness Week 2021.
