Team Member Appreciation Week at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino
Seven days of appreciation at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort.
Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino showed its Team Members how much they are appreciated, by celebrating seven days of appreciation highlighted with special events, fun activities and lots of great prizes!
Appreciation Week allowed a different surprise to unfold every day. The team at Human Resources organized one morning serving made-to-order smoothies, using biodegradable cups and straws to promote the Corporate Sustainability Initiative.
Team Members also participated in a Wellness Day filled with presentations from Citizens Insurance, Nutritionist Angelique Salsbach, Dental Hygienist Mirto Tromp and the specialists of the Aruba Vision Center who provided free pre-eye tests for all Team Members.
On Wednesday, members of management and department heads, worked in different line level positions as a way of showing their appreciation to theirs Team Members.
The day ended with a fun Karaoke party at Star Karaoke.
The then celebration continued on Thursday with a competitive and interactive “Mens Erger Je Niet” game night at Centro Di Bario Brazil followed on Friday by a Make Your Own Aloe Scrub Workshop.
Team Members were also pampered with a Chair Massage, courtesy of the therapists at efora spa. The week concluded with a community activity with Cunucu +297 where Team Members joined to help plant 100 trees.
Appreciation Week was created to help Hilton Hotels & Resorts drive the Blue Energy Culture worldwide. The company now benefits from Blue Energy Committees in every hotel, in dozens of countries, in hundreds of properties with thousands of Team Members.
