The Caribbean Poker Series 2025

The Caribbean Poker Series have been an exciting annual feature in Aruba, first under the hospices of online poker companies and finally in recent years at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino, organized by Island Gaming, at the Casino, Aruba.

The 2024 edition was a resounding success, with 384 registered players, over the 11-day tournament. They each played 1 to 4 games a day, enjoyed the island, and had a good time.

They came from 32 different states in the USA, and from 20 different countries, as far as Brazil, Argentina, Panama, in south America, and Bulgaria, Germany, and France, in Europe. The tournament hosted regional players from the Caribbean as well as a handful of locals.

The Casino Aruba collected interesting statistics: Players stayed in 10 high rise resorts, 5 Eagle Beach resorts and 5 low rises, among them 7 Timeshares in both the high-rise and low-rise area.

They booked a great number of vacation rentals, and alternative accommodation in smaller properties such as Brickel Bay (Tryp by Wyndham) and Blue Village, as well as Gold Coast and Tierra del Sol.

All personnel, dealers and supervisors were guests of Brickell Bay within strolling distance.

Presently, The Casino Aruba is finalizing preparation for the 2025 edition of the tournament and is in contact with some of its important sponsors.

The Casino Aruba has always felt that CPS aligns perfectly with the latest tourism vision for the island, seeking to attract and engage a high spending, low impact visitor, likely to return each year. Gaming is a niche market, but its customers are loyal, they bring family members along, and most importantly spend money, on Aruba.
