Held on October 12 and 13, the menu promises a treat for everyone involved, effortlessly switching from seafood to veal onto Baked Alaska, an all-time favorite dessert.
Hadicurari’s chef starts off with a carpaccio of scallops, seawater foam, jalapeño emulsion and crispy rice before the shrimp cappuccino is served. Loin of veal with a Port sauce, potatoes Lyonnaise and seasonal vegetables. Baked Alaska, as promised, is the crowning glory of this Culinary Secrets tour de force.
