As November is Vegan Month at Hadicurari restaurant, it follows that its monthly Culinary Secrets event will be in true vegan style.
So on Friday, November 23 and Saturday, November 24 a delicious four-course vegan menu will be served to Hadicurari's adventurous guests. Dinner starts with a garden salad with a sesame dressing, a vegetable 'confit'
and marinated tofu, followed by pumpkin soup with an almond-nutmeg foam.
The entree is soy fish with teriyaki vegetables and 'shrimp'. Dessert is a cantaloupe soup with mint syrup and cinnamon ice cream.
The November Culinary Secrets unveil and reveal vegan delights; if you have not tried them as yet, this is your chance. Your tastebuds will be amazed and jumping from joy!
