As Aruba continues on the road to tourism recovery, resort management is putting the emphasis on health and wellbeing of its guests and associates as a top priority.
Promoting a safe and healthy environment is the main focus at this time, explain General Manager Joe Najjar, the resort would like its associates to come to work feeling comfortable to interact with others, and the only way to achieve that normalcy and recovery is to encourage mass vaccination, helping build more trust in the Aruba brand as a safe and healthy destination.
It is extremely important to us that our associates are well informed, concluded Najjar, as they decide whether or not to take the vaccine. We want to encourage all or most of our associates to be safe, take the vaccination and contribute to Aruba's Tourism recovery.
