The Hilton Marks Team Member Appreciation Week

They receive an extra dose of appreciation once a year, for Team Member Appreciation Week.

The international hospitality giant is in the business of people serving people, and thus it invests in Team Members to ensure their continued success and the company’s ongoing engagement with its workforce.

Team Member Appreciation Week delivers the perfect opportunity to show Team Members just how much they are valued and appreciated.

In honor of Team Member Appreciation Week at the resort, the Department of Human Resources prepared a daily surprise to delight and entertain its Team Members with admiration for their outstanding efforts in the workplace.

“We appreciate everything you do and have done, over the past years, especially during the challenging times the world has faced during the last 20 months. The endless hours each of you have spent working here, your professionalism and drive does not go unnoticed,” says HR Director Glenn Farro, “we pride ourselves on the hard work and dedication of each Team Member, transforming every guest experience in the most memorable way possible.”

On the program, a surprise welcome treat on Monday, all delicious and healthy smoothies for an added wellness component on Tuesday; a special lunch served in the ballroom, prepared by General Manager Vasco Baselli on Wednesday; indoor fun and games on Thursday; Karaoke happy hour on Friday.
