Roger and Rosalie Monroe from New Hampshire were recently honored as Goodwill Ambassadors due to their 31st consecutive visit to Aruba. Marouska Heyliger representing the Aruba Tourism Authority conducted the ceremony which was held at the Divi Dutch Resort.
