Handyman and new AIr conditioning units

I need someone able to do some small work like fixing a fence or painting.
Plus I need to change my 3 AC units and AMC unicon estimate is sky high.
Any advice or suggestion?

Fertec replaced our central ac units in our condo two years ago. It was not cheap but nothing is on the island. I do not have their contact info as it was through our property manager(I do have a phone number but it is in the condo and we are home). We use one of the guys who works for our property manager to do our small jobs, and we always contact him through the property manager.
