anywhere to practice baseball with my kids in Aruba?

I know I may sound like a crazy baseball parent but my kids actually WANT to practice baseball while we are in Aruba.

One plays college baseball and the other HS and both are playing on pretty competitive summer teams which start as soon as we return from our family trip from June 17 to 26

I was wondering if there were any nice fields or batting cages or something where we could practice while we are there.

Any info I can get would be great!

    Thank you!

    Welcome to the forum Joe.
I don’t have an answer right now but will ask an Aruban friend whose son is an amateur baseball player and is hoping for minor league in USA next yr. She will have an answer!

Contact the 297 Baseball Academy for batting cages.

Here is their facebook page with contact info(best to call for quick response): https://www.facebook.com/297baseballacademy

As for fields to practice, there are many, but i'm not certain on contacts in that regard. Maybe at the academy they can link you and hope there's an open field available.

The FB batting cages …. That is the link that I just received from my friend the baseball mom.
She said they might also be helpful with contact info re: field time.

We were fortunate to have a forum member RPumpire. He was a frequent Aruba traveler and did lots of umpping in Ma and AUA and Florida. Sadly, he died a few months ago.
Good luck with your boys. You think they will want to leave the beach to “play ball?”
