Manchebo is one of our favorite spots. The staff is exceptional and the resort is laid back. Our first time staying there I thought the rooms were kind of small but it really wasn’t an issue. Ike’s is open for breakfast/coffee and the views are beautiful. We have been very happy with the restaurants and it’s a short walk to the casino and a few other restaurants/shops.
We own a timeshare and have never done an all inclusive. I find the coffee in Aruba to be pretty good everywhere, I'm not a coffee snob, but really like the Dutch blends. There are less waves in the high rise area, so paddle boarding and other water sports are a little easier. The shopping in Palm Beach certainly meets our needs, there are lots of restaurants and it seems there is something for everyone.
Palm beach is terrific for few waves.........Eagle and Druif Beaches have a little more waves.
Manchebo is terrific...........but also there are NO bad hotels on Palm, Eagle or Druif.
Coffee.........we bring a pound of Dunkin and buy a Douwe Egbert in Aruba and alternate coffee every morning.
There are numerous coffee shops around...........Juan Valdez, Dunkin, Starbucks etc.
THINK.. is it Thoughtful? Helpful? Inspirational? Necessary? Kind? SIDTM
Yup... Absolutely outstanding! Frankly, for shopping and lots of watersports you would probably like Palm Beach better. Manchebo is really laid back. Regarding all inclusive.... we'd never do it cuz there are so many fantastic restaurant options..... but all inclusive works well for lotsa folks too.
A little nonsense now and then is relished by the best of men!
Where does Seabob Aruba take you to do the seabob snorkel? Last time we were there we used Aruba Bob with Kent and it was an amazing time at Mangel Halto. We'd love to do that again.
Kent is no longer with Aruba Bob correct?
