I checked the Chabad site figuring its Rabbi would be the one organizing and overseeing it. La Braise and Azzurro will be kosher from Jan. 18-28. I have heard that a lot of yeshias(Jewish schools) in NY are off and the families come here during that time. Here is the info.

Azzurro is dairy and La Braise is meat.

If anyone has questions, I probably can answer them. I know a lot of people do not understand what true being kosher entails.

This is the week that many Jewish families holiday in Aruba. They usually stay at the Marriott, and I read that a lot of them are also staying at the Ritz. They have contracted with Azzurro and LA Braise to supply their meals.

Non kosher places going kosher for these two weeks is common in many caribbean islands and some cruise ships.
