    Beer

In Aruba what beer do you drink?

I am not much of a beer drinker, but do love most any beer, ice cold with pizza.

My least favorite in Aruba is Brite.
My favorite in Aruba is Balashi and Heineken.

Is this something you would try?
I have a mango tree in my yard, and really dislike mangos. (yuk)
I certainly would not like it in beer.

Mango probably wouldn’t be my first choice. I would try a sip. In Aruba I like Balashi or Chill. Also really like the dark beer at Bavaria.

I would try it, although I don't have high hopes that I would enjoy it. There was an orange beer I tried recently that I surprisingly enjoyed, some random brand one of my cousins had. I prefer really light and mild beers. In Aruba I will have Amstel Brights or Balashi Chills, but both have to be ice cold. My husband is a bud light guy and there really is no changing that. We are not into the craft beer scene at all.

Fireson Brewery is AMAZING. I am a huge craft beer nerd, so finding them when we went to Aruba was the bomb! I am a big IPA fan and I also dig stouts so I am kind of at both ends of the spectrum when it comes to beer. I like beers with a lot of flavor, I guess is what I am saying. Hard to find some good craft beers in exotic places, but Fireson does a FABULOUS job! Aside from them though, Balashi was awesome as a light, refreshing option. I would totally try the mango beer! At least once...

I drink and really enjoy Kanon by Grolsch. This is a Dutch beer that is not sold in the USA. They sell it in Super foods and Lings. You will not find it in the Dutch bars....too expensive. It is not for everyone. 11.6% Alcohol. I am not a big beer drinker but when I do...I prefer Kanon.

I don't like beer. No matter how many times I tried it in college, I could not get use to the taste.

Robin..Was that because you were drinking Schlitz Qt from a paper bag?
The amount of beer I have drunk since 1977 thru today does not equal or come close to the beer I drank in college on a single weekend. Molson was my weakness then.
