This is a new place located downtown at the Harbour House.

Rona in her Bati Bleki did a good review on this restaurant.

I did not post their website link as it is still under construction.

    I know.
I searched and searched...could not find the menu.
It'll turn up I am sure.

What I did find was an add for wait staff.
They are looking for experienced multilingual servers that are between 20 - 30 yrs old.
    Is this age discrimination?

it certainly would be in the US. Mayba Aruba doesn’t have age discrimination laws in the employment context. Idk.

I contacted Lima Bistro and asked about seeing a menu.
I was told that "our menu changes constantly and change daily."

I will have to take a pass.
I would like a basic idea of what would be as standard regular items on the menu and the price ranges.
    Again, not for me.

I concur. If I'm nearby and hungry I might ask to see a menu and perhaps dine there, but I'm not going to plan to visit this one.

I definitely want to see a menu before deciding to dine some place new. Best to post at least a sample menu on their website.

Before giving Lima Bistro a ‘black eye’, I can tell you we went twice in September and each time it was thoroughly enjoyable. Our local friends, restauranteurs, introduced us to it and we returned with two of our friends, both foodies, and they loved it also. The food and service and decor all A+. The owner was present both nights to ensure all was to our liking. BTW, their instagram shows fresh catch of grouper, yes grouper, and prep in the kitchen. On our return, the fish of the day was red snapper and was included in several of their specials offerings that night. I had the ceviche topped with breaded and deep fried calamari - fabulous. Don’t miss going. Tuna steak was outstanding. Reservations highly recommended.

I don't think that we intend to give it a black eye or a thumbs down, but would like to know what is "always" on the menu.
I understand that it is ever changing, but I would love to see a sample.

I was able to find the menu using goggle but couldn’t figure out how to upload a photo of it.
