Not fond of Caribbean lobster...though the lobster and steak special at Fusion is not only a good deal but the lobster is good enough. Sorry....IMHO..New England lobster is what I am fond of and all other is.. well....all the other!

I like the options at BLT Steak they have 2. I usually ONLY like the ones from Maine but they also have a Caribbean version I found to be excellent as well.

I'm into the stuffed lobsters now or I think they call it lobster augratin. I had it once at Chalet Suisse and loved it but my coworker went on my recommendation and did not like it as she felt it had too much breading. This last trip last month I had a large stuffed lobster at Quinta De Carmen. It was a very long lobster shell stuffed with chunks of lobster & shrimp generous portion and a nice sauce no breading. I posted a photo on my trip report or google photos.

Although I love my lobster steamed or in chunks in a roll with a little mayonnaise or butter I really love lobster thermidor.
When Paul and I were dating way back in late 70s we were weekend scuba divers and had our lobster licenses. We’d bring home many from Rockport and my mom would make the lobster thermidor! Oh boy yum.

Yes that is what I had at Chalet Suisee Lobster Thermidor. I had forgotten the name. They also have it at Ricardo's but I never had it there. I had the lobster roll at Madame Jeanette in June. It was good except it was more bread than lobster and a very large like pretzel roll. I like the regular soft buns which look like large hot dog buns.

Could you even imagine getting into the water in Rockport at this point in your life...?
