A restaurant we loved that is no longer (RUMBA) had the best.

I love profiteroles as well, but Arubamark is asking about Poffertjes which are more pancake like. I always think I’ll try them at the Dutch Pancake House but end up ordering a Dutch pancake.
Yeah we just go the Dutch Pancake house by Ren we all love them!

I found a poffertjes bake pan on amazon - going to try making myself not now but when we return from our trip.
We love them. Willem's has them along with the Dutch Pancake House. I think Willem's is better. I like them with Nutella, hubby likes them with butter. At night(I've never been) there is a food truck in the high rise area that sells them as a desert.
My son likes them with Nutella also - geez how can you go wrong there lol
