Restaurant list is more difficult than usual

We are a month out from our "happy place."
Putting together a restaurant list is difficult this time.

So far we have Hung Paradise on the first night and the last. (outdoors)
    Casa Tua (outdoors)
    Las Ramblas (outdoors)

Considering......... Terazzana Italiana, Madam Janette, Casa Nona.............all outdoor.
AIDTM THINK.. is it Thoughtful? Helpful? Inspirational? Necessary? Kind?

Right now because of the curfew, it is hard to get reservation for some restaurants because they close early. I was talking to a friend yesterday who is still in Aruba. Hopefully that won't be an issue by the time you get there.

Casa Nonna would be my first choice. They have a nice Barbera wine that I like and the best agnolotti. Their outdoor area is pretty spacious. Then maybe Daniels as they have some nice outdoor dining, as well as, a great filet mignon.

We started our list yesterday. Mostly outdoor places, but a few indoor as well. On the list so far: Casa Nona, Chihuahua's, Casa Tua, BLT Steak and Hung Paradise. Kamini's and Local Store at least once a week each. Plus we want to try Lola, Chalet Suisse, Pepe Nacho and maybe Gianni's. The list will grow I'm sure. Most of the places we'll go won't require reservations.

Quinta Del Carmen is always on our list (and preferred vs. Madame Jeanette) and has become our favorite "go-to" restaurant every time we are there.
After eating at The Flying Fishbone for the 1st time on this trip, I would definitely but that on your list (despite not getting our dessert).
Make reservations before you go at the popular places, if you can plan the dates you want to go.

I got takeout Eggplant Parmesan from Terrazia and it was very good. I’m planning to try them for dinner in my next trip, hopefully the end of April. Don’t forget Bingo, Twist of Flavour and Ricardo’s. Went to Las Ramblas in January and enjoyed it there. Also went to Waters Edge at Costa Linda. Can sit outside or in, but the inside has big doors that they open. Even though it’s inside, Driftwood is my all time favorite for seafood.

Second timer, but this time with family. Booked Azzurro with my family, and BLT with 2 of my kids, and Flying fishbone with the other 2. Thoughts on my choices? By the way, all said they would accommodate with separate tables next to each other.
