They had a different menu when we were there last time. They had a wider selection of pulled smoked sandwiches.

I like very plain basic potato salad.
We will be customers there in May. (Amuse/3 Brothers)
I cannot even make it like my mom did......potatoes, mayo, celery, salt and pepper.
    I cannot get it right.

I make mine kinda like my aunt-she would never give the recipe and would not use all the ingredients I use. Potatoes, celery(for hubby), mayo, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, fresh dill or dill weed(I know my aunt used that), a little brown mustard, salt, pepper, parsley, celery seed(one thing I know she used) and some other seasoning. Most of these are just a small amounts. Strangely, there is place in town that makes an awesome potato salad and the recipe is secret. People who work there have to sign papers they won't tell. Many people have told me mine potato salad is very similar to it and some actually think I bought it there and passed it off as my own, however; I only use Yukon Gold potatoes, so mine has a yellowish color. It has been a long time since I made it.
