Yay! Can't wait. I hope all goes as plan with the tests so you can hit the ground running when you land.

We have appointments scheduled for COVID tests on Tuesday morning in Seacaucus for 8 of us & Wednesday morning for 3 more. Haven't rented a car yet, not sure who is watching the dogs yet. I wasn't positive that this trip was going to happen so I'm a bit last minute here!

One of my best friends, like one of my core people, was supposed to be married on September 12, but then COVID hit. She decided last week to get married this coming Thursday in her backyard! The day before we leave! So now I'm taking off of work Tuesday morning for testing, Thursday morning for the wedding & then leaving for as few weeks. I feel so guilty!

rented a minivan from Hertz at the airport at a great price with my SIL's rewards account. She's renting a vehicle from them as well. Separate vehicles this year....odd....I have the school supplies packed for the orphanage, snorkels & floats, oil diffusers and first aid kits. Stopped after work for some candies and snacks for the plane.

COVID testing tomorrow morning before work for 8 of us. It's all coming together

COVID-19 tests were a breeze! Not the most comfortable thing in the world, but the facility we used has everything down to a science. Very impressed. We had 3 cars of people, pulled into parking spots, they came to the windows to test and returned 15 minutes later with our negative test reports. Scanned them and uploaded them on edcardaruba, paid our COVID insurance fees of $835 and got our beautiful GREEN check marks

The wedding today was just beautiful. Work was as hectic as could be! I went into the office, went right to the wedding, went back to the office after and stayed a few hours late. It felt really good to enter that Out of Office message with a return date of 8/24! I have been told all along that there is no quarantine protocol upon return. Today I was told to take my desk phone with me just in case I need to quarantine so I can work from home. Fine by me!

Came home & checked in for our flights. Can't print boarding passes because additional documentation is required. I'm guessing that is the green check page that states "Qualified to Board". Fine by me.

Time to really start packing all those last minute items. ARUBA, HERE COME THE DIONS!
