Your trip reports were so fun. I definitely want to go to OceanZ. Seems to be everyone’s favorite meal. Thanks for taking the time to take us along!

    Loved every word!

what did you buy at Shivas?

At Shivas we upgraded her ring, bought two diamond bands, and a Hublot watch.
We also picked up a couple of John Hardy bracelets at Diamonds International.
Can't really find anything in the John Hardy collection available in the states.
Time to save up for the next trip... JJ

Jay, I was unable to catch up with Jenssen.
He was off on Wednesday the first time I tried.
It rained right before 6 on Thursday so we didn't go out for the sunset that night.
On Friday I asked our waitress to point him out to us, but she said he was working inside and she would send him out.
Unfortunately, we must have left before he showed up.
And on Saturday, I forgot to ask again.
    Oh Well, next time... JJ

Previously I mentioned that I'm sure I've left out something. Turns out it was a whole evening!
Dinner at Quinta del Carmen was actually on Wednesday; not Thursday.
After shopping on Thursday, we went to Opus with another couple.
It was early and there was only one other table dining so far.

We opted to sit at the bar since we have known the bartender from our days at the Wyndham and Westin. It's a small bar with only 6-8 seats and since no one was there we were able to snag the corner which made it easy for conversation. Having snacked earlier while shopping, none of us were hungry for a full meal, so we just decided on appetizers. Each couple shared a shrimp cocktail and a lobster tail. We spoke with the chef and asked if he could serve the lobster tail dinners as appetizers. He brought out two beautifully prepared tails on a platter and proceeded to cut them up into bite size pieces. It was quite a presentation and we even had to video it! How could I have forgotten to leave this out of my report. A few more tables were filling up as we were leaving and we were happy to see their business picking up.

    Thanks for stopping by... JJ
