I was told that they often do the scans when they also have a number of planes from South America....not sure why that makes a difference but we came in yesterday and walked through no issues and just walked out to grab our cab. There was a nice tail wind yesterday as we spent much of the trip at 550 MPH which is a bit faster than usual.
Just finished trip 36 and have trip 37 Booked.

    June 26 Sunday

Well another day in the books.
WOW, this old lady is tired.

Today , weird weather…clouds, sun, spits of rain, rinse and repeat.

We had a good breakfast at the Islander Grill at LaCabana and let the kids use the pool slide for a while. Then off to the beach. There we stayed til about 1pm when were sufficiently pruned from being in the water for so long. Back here to our digs for some pool time and then a collapse onto the bed for a nap.

Dinner tonight was at Hung Paradise and our son and DIL who are Chinese food snobs agreed it was delicious. We all shared….loempia, shrimp wanton, general tso chicken, fried rice, lo mein, beef dumplings and tons of leftovers. The kids especially enjoyed it and the novelty of the outside dining is fun for them.

The troops went for an ice cream and Paul and I headed to Alhambra to throw away money.
    ‘Nuf said.

Going to make contact with Jay tomorrow and plan a Tuesday visit….for lunch or drink or both.

There is a little talk of the chance of the impeding weather later this week.
But since it is still an unnamed mess the talk today was kind of minimal.

    Later gator.
