Sitting on my balcony enjoying my 1st of many fruit smoothies for breakfast. We dined over at the Ritz and had another incredible meal at the Divi bar- it never gets old! We had a bit of everything from Gyoza, to a tasty burger, to wings and a salad. After dinner and catching up with some of our friends we headed back to tuck the family in for the night- my wife was exhausted from getting up at 3am. Last night at the blackjack table was not friendly but I did enjoy it despite the 1st loss of the trip.

We have a palapa set up on the beach for later. I see some reading/napping in my future today. The family is out and about trying to find something that will satisfy CJ for breakfast as he was the only one ready to eat.
Just finished trip 36 and have trip 37 Booked.

A quick break in the action so I figured Id enjoy another drink on the balcony and provide an update. Today has been a mixture of clouds and sun, and a few sprinkles but all is great! My family minus me did Solanio over at the Ritz for breakfast and loved it! I had my fruit smoothie as mentioned. After breakfast we played some football on the beach, followed by some relaxing under the palapa. After relaxing for an hour or so we headed to the Ritz for lunch. We ate at Madero again and it was wonderful as always. What made it even better was all i needed to do was add more money to the tip as the casino points will only tip 15 percent and the ladies/gents at the Ritz certainly deserve more IMHO. So for an extra tip of 25 dollars we enjoyed a great meal~

After lunch we played some more on the beach. Right now my wife and I are preparing to walk to the local shop to grab some snacks. It has only recently opened so not sure what to expect but hope it has all we need without heading to either Superfood or the shop at the Playa Linda that is always well stocked.

Tonight we will head back to another meal with our good friend Jennsen at the Ritz...Yes I know we are super boring but I love it more than you can imagine~

Never boring! Is the Boardwalk Hotel very close to the Ritz? Are they full service with a restaurant? I never saw it and I stay right next door at the Marriott.

You can see the proximity to the Ritz as well.

    Boardwalk is a win win.
Short walk to the beach AND Boardwalk has shad and lounges there for their guests.
The resort is WONDERFUL. Probably the prettiest place on the island.

Jay take some photos and send them to me if you want and I will post.
