    Day 7 Monday

I wish you could see those waves crashing this morning. From our patio you can see the waves coming and hear the thunderous crash. They look about 5 feet high!!! Sorry the photos are coming in sideways

Well guess it’s good that it’s moving day I wouldn’t be venturing into the ocean with waves like that. I’ve never seen the waves that big. Lots of people down taking photos. It reminds me of Lucy at the Divi. When the ocean was rough she would say “No, no don’t go in the sea it will eat you”! Today I believe it!!

The waves are so pretty and I love the sound of crashing waves. Thanks for putting a smile on my face on this cold, gray, wet 36 degree morning.

I almost liked your post but then realized that wouldn’t have sounded right!!! I remember you posting about that. It was a good day for moving!! I would never have gone in the ocean today.

We’re all settled into the Renaissance. This is the first trip we were unable to get in the room early. Not really an issue. Guess we were spoiled in the past. We were offered another ocean view but the girl said we would probably be happier if we waited for the one reserved for us. We were rewarded with a very nice view of the pool and lagoon and open ocean. It’s perfect!

lunch was with Andrea and Paul at the Dutch Pancake House, one of my favorite spots. Our pancakes were outstanding! We also had wonderful company!

Since the room was not ready we headed over to the Seaport Casino and later the Crystal. I liked the do over at Seaport. Lots of new machines and friendly staff. Tom did quite well, hitting $1000 on his first machine and I think it was his first spin! I was just feeding the machines but finally hit a nice bonus that put me up again. It was time to move on. The room was still not ready so we grabbed the shuttle over to the Crystal. Again we both were up and down but finally ended on an up note.
