What a great trip report! Now I'm dreaming of Aruba. So many years going to Aruba and I've never been to S&P. Eggs Benedict is my favorite breakfast item. I saw on the Chicken N Lobster menu that they have a version of Eggs Benedict with lobster which I have to try some day.

there is a diner in York or Kittery Maine that has eggs Benedict with a lobster tail.
last August it was $28. it was an expensive breakfast, but so well worth it.
    it is delicious.

on cruises they have a variation made with salmon...........eeeeeewww awful. really awful.
the key to good eggs Benedict is that it is hot. (and no salmon)

I remember that Brenda (divi divi fan) often raved about the breakfasts at the Divi AI

The one thing the Divi AI did really well was the breakfast. They had a separate station where a lady would make the Benedicts along with some really good French toast. She was also very happy to customize your order. These days I believe their buffet is set up as all separate stations.

Welcome back and thanks for the trip report. We have been considering the Hilton for some time now, but just haven't pulled the trigger. Trying to stay on points and the number required per night is ridiculous.

I want to grow my own food, but I
    can't find any bacon seeds...

Boy that sounds so awesome with a lobster tail. Yes, Andrea and Peg are correct Anita is her name at Divi. Anita would see me walk in and wink and have my very special eggs benedict made just the way I liked it and always with a hug and smile! Super sweet lady and lots of great memories.
