Trip Report Feb. 2nd Thru Feb. 12th---Yea!!!!! Sean and Susan

We promise to keep the board posted. Hatteras, we are back at ABC for 10 days. We will look for you guys on on our walks down that way. Last year you guys were in the process of a room change when we met you, so it was a quick hello and bye. We were offered a bigger room upgrade from ABC to let another person stay in our room and not move. We declined, due to the fact we are in a great location on ground floor with makes it very easy to pop in and out to beach from back patio with a great view. So we have 2 different entrances. She was on the third floor, who knows what view. Then this morning United offered us a voucher to take a later flight, very tempting but we will be in Aruba on the beach having drinks before that next flight even leaves. More time in Aruba the better. We packed much less clothes this time. We will rough it and not take winter coats to save room. We hired a car service so it will be door to door service. We did how ever bring more money. Just going down our famous forum check list. We notice more party items are coming along. Soft sided cooler, champagne cans, mixers, tumbler cups, coozies, metal straws and so on. Duty free is on list to due tomorrow both at Newark and Aruba airport. We have Hans set up for rental car from Tropic and Trees dropping off our phone at ABC. We have our Aruba number for friends and family who are watching our PUG-Seamus. 8 years ago we met some friends in Aruba and have been very close since then. Its hard to find good life long friends as we get older and we find Aruba a warm and welcoming place. We are so looking forward to spend time with them. We go to many off the beaten track places with them. Got some passes going and coming from Aruba at the airports to make travel a little more fun. I found it funny you can make your own drinks at the V.I.P lounge in Aruba. Less tears that way. Anyhow, Black Pearl, Manchebo, Spa Del Sol massage and fishing on our things we are doing list. At work today teaching and dreaming of it being hot. Early to bed with a 4am departure tonight and final look at check list. Have to leave the place clean for the cleaning lady. Does anyone else do that?

I'm excited for your reports! You made some excellent choices on your travel. Those ground floor rooms at ABC are so convenient for beach lovers. That was our favorite thing about staying there. We prefer earlier flights too. Looking forward to keeping up with your trip! Enjoy!
    Always planning our next trip

We also always choose a ground floor patio at Divi, so convenient to go in and out all day long. Have a wonderful time, hope you meet up with Hatteras for a longer visit this year.
