The key to Paloma Cocktail success:

    Mission accomplished.

A garden in Aruba is spectacular with colour:

Lazy day in the pool. Historically, we're used to cloudy/rain weather from about 3:00 am to 5:00 am... that seems to have shifted forward a bit --> 5:00 am to 7:00 am. Hope it's not climate change. But the afternoons tend to see the skies clear and the pool warms up for the more "delicate" in nature.

Scenes from a Grocery Store In Aruba

"Ma'am... the mask needs to cover your face... not your hand..."

Aruban Security Guard: "You both need carts."
    Tourists: "But we're together."
ASG: "You still each need a cart. For distance and counting purposes."
Tourists: "That's not true where we come from."

"I'll just leave my cart here in front of the aisle." Acts put out when somebody moves it to let other people into the aisle.

Waiting almost five minutes for the guy to move from the Asian section at Ling's as he stares intently at cans of coconut milk. To his wife in another aisle, "I GOT THE COCONUT MILK!!" I finally get in front of the shelf - there's one brand of coconut milk.

Pricesmart: "EMPLOYEE COUGHING FIT IN AISLE SIX!!!" On multiple visits.

"Uh... the credit card machine is tap... there's nothing to sign."
    "Are you sure?"

Produce tip - these will ripen in ten seconds:

I really need to take a large Xanax before shopping in Aruba or here.

I also think that Lings and Superfood needs an anger management kiosk.
I would sit and get therapy while Paul shops for coconut milk.

Stephen have you made any runs at all to the place with the “special sauce?”

One thing I've learned on this extended stay: Even paradise can wear a little thin during a pandemic.

    Not a one. Because...

    Big Mac Sauce

    Ingredients

    1/2 cup mayonnaise (113 g)
    2 tablespoons French dressing (32 g)
    4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish (21 g)
1 tablespoon finely minced white onion
    1 teaspoon white vinegar (5 g)
    1 teaspoon granulated sugar (5 g)
    1/8 teaspoon salt (pinch)

    DO THIS

    1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well.
    2. Place the sauce in a covered container and refrigerate for several hours, or overnight, so that the flavors blend. Stir the sauce a couple of times as it chills.
    Makes about 3/4 cup.

I'm a sucker for a big-mac. Stephen, two all beef patties or a nice, med-rare single? Side note, you can get special sauce on any item, just ask...
