I feel like I am still too "new" (even though this will be our third trip) to post and that alla yinz (gotta get my Pittsburghese in there!) will be like, "Oh great. She is off doing all the things we all already know about. Duh..." and you would be bored. Maybe I will post anyway.
Sorry to here that you're cutting back on the number of Balashis

I think it’s great that we all kinda spend our time differently and are willing to share our day to day. Having different interests leads to an interesting read. I always love reading trip reports and I have no hesitation posting. Sharing is caring

Ha! I tried to tone it down for my post so people didn't try to stage an intervention while we were there next month!

I enjoy the trip reports and beer and beach visits. It is unlikely, due to health issues, that I will ever be able get back to Aruba so keep the trip reports coming please

So sorry to hear that..... yes, another excellent reason for taking the time to share.

I post my trip report for completely selfish reasons. I like to go back and see how I felt about places at the time we were there. There have been times that we talk about going back to do something and I go back and say well we said it was just okay last time or heck yeah, that was so fun let's go again.

I also like reading all of your reports to see what others are up to, to find new places, and to see if it's something I want to recommend to someone else who may have similar interests as the poster, even if I don't. I feel like you can always get a better feeling for a place from a trip report than just a straight review. Someone may say they absolutely love a place I have never been, but if we don't share opinions on other restaurants, that's a clue to me that it may not something we would like as much.
The best trip is the next trip. Anxiously waiting to book something.
