I would think they would need some sort of security detail patrolling it. Can’t say that I would use it.

Is that just to cross the street to the beach? We considered staying at the Embassy Suites this trip, but the prices in both US dollars and Hilton points aren't worth it.

Even though there are drains, I am sure they are not very deep or go very far. With the amount of rain this year, it will be an issue. Or at night when the power goes out or worse, if the bulbs start flickering-just creepy.
I can see little kids running down the ramp and picking up speed and not being able to stop. Or, people taking bikes or electric scooters or stakeboard down there. Or a wheelchair.
If they don't have security, it will be a party place for the underaged.
Yup.....safety a huge issue.... I wouldn't want Patti using it at night let alone day.
