One of the hot hotels

Good morning everyone,

As I have mentioned before, I read Caribbean Journal pretty much every day when it comes in and I try to share 'Aruba-specific' mentions whenever I see them.

Today's edition featured a list of '15 Hot Hotels' in the Caribbean. Embassy Suites by Hilton in Aruba is on the list.

I cannot venture an opinion on it as I have never stayed there but it would be interesting to hear from those who have or who may be considering it as a place to stay.

Embassy Suites is still being constructed.
Depending on who you ask..............it may open sometime in 2023........ ????

Can't understand being 'on the list' while still under construction...... let alone being a hot hotel!

It's isn't even open yet. It's supposed to open Feb. 16, at least that is listed as the starting date of reservations. Hilton or whomever has the franchise must be paying big $$$$. They are so behind on their opening-I heard that they had cash flow issues last year.

This is why the forum is so important when it comes to reviews. They are real and not paid for. As an example my remodeling company who recently did my renovations told me he gets emails and calls from overseas to buy fake reviews!

I completely understand it being in the "hot hotel" category. It's been in direct sunlight with no A/C for a long time...

I am interested in knowing how their "tunnel" that crosses under the street is coming along?
