I went on the website and even called and none of the “50%” rates were coming up.

When I called their 1-800 number the person who I talked to didn’t even know there was a sale and just said “oh I don’t see that on my screen anywhere”. Provided zero assistance.

Guess our search continues.

Yes I did all that. Still the rates they state did not come up.

I am not looking to book on blackout dates either.

its so frustrating. I asked her if there was a promo code that needed to be entered and she said she had no details on this sale at all.
She even checked to see if the hotel was booked up that week and she said it wasn’t.

That’s crazy. I would be frustrated too. I always had good luck booking the sales. Maybe try calling back and asking for a supervisor?

I filled in some "pretend dates in early Nov and got it to work.
I was not at all impressed with the pricing.
