Beware of Paradise Beach Villas - they do not honor reservations

If you have an up coming reservation with Paradise Beach Villas you may want to reconsider. I had a Interval reservation for a two bedroom unit. When I arrived they did have my reservation but said they did not have a two bedroom available. Beware, they do not honor reservations.

Sounds like the problem is Interval, not PBV. Did you contact Interval and explain the problem?

Did your Interval Confirmation list a specific unit? Either way I would contact Interval. Someone owes you another 1 bedroom unit week.

I noticed exchanges to Aruba differs at each resort. Whenever I exchange at La Cabana, the Interval document list the specific room, unit I traded for and I've always gotten it. When I exchange for Aruba Phoenix, no unit is listed on the Interval confirmation so I have no idea if I will be put in the towers or newer units. When I check in At Phoenix, they try to accommodate me in the best available room so it's first come first serve.

PBV is a lovely resort, it is under some kind of renovation.
As Walt said, check with Interval.
Quite possibly Interval should not have booked you into that resort due to the renovations and less availability.

I believe the fault lies with Interval.
THINK.. is it Thoughtful? Helpful? Inspirational? Necessary? Kind? sidtm
