Thanks everyone for talking off the ledge. Our regular agent is very organized and this one is not. I like having everything on these long trips to faraway places where I don't speak the language organized. I don't need down to the minute planning, but I do like to look at an itinerary and have an idea of what we are doing even if we are winging it for the day. I guess 30+ years in the classroom has made me very organized, too.(I had lunch with a friend who taught privately and she like things organized like I do). Last night, I put together my folder with all the important info, and facts, etc. Also, the reservations we have(she still hasn't sent me the stuff for Chile). I booked our stuff for Buenos Aires this afternoon after doing the bulk of packing. One thing we wanted to do isn't available, so I need to talk to hubby before looking at something else or just doing a hop on hop off bus that day. I hate leaving things to the last minute-ie the tour that is not available.
I do have to say, she did get a wonderful deal on the cruise. If we were to book the room we now have(thanks to the $125% and the sale), it would have been more double what we actually paid which was still a lot of money.
