    AZV announces that Colombia closes borders for unvaccinated, including unvaccinated AZV patients . Yesterday, the Colombian Ministry of Health introduced the new rule in . One must be or fully vaccinated (at least 14 days prior to travel), once vaccinated (14 days before travel) and a negative PCR test of up to 72 hours old) .     Interesting. Our Panama Canal cruise is supposed to stop in Cartagena. Everyone on the ship has to be vaccinated-passengers and crew. I wonder if we will stop or not take the chance. umm.
