Rip Muhammed Ali. Can remember watching him on TV with my grandfather (only one TV and had no choice..lol)
Besides the Parkinson's Disease he was also suffering from respiratory problems (pneumonia which is usually what makes one die from not their illness)

Nine soldiers lost their lives here at Ft. Hood during an exercise when their 2.5 ton vehicle was washed from a low-water crossing and overturned in a rain-swollen creek. Prayers for the deceased and their families.

Mr. Hockey, Gordie Howe, 88. I had the pleasure of seeing him play when he was with the Harford Whalers.

Herley Bocanegra, only 47. He died yesterday in an accident with his motorcycle.

Some might recognize him. He was a waiter at Hard Rock Cafe in Aruba with the special hairdo back then. And he was lately working at Ritz-Carlton. A very nice and funny guy, beloved by many.
    May he rest in peace.
