The best trip is the next trip. Anxiously waiting to book something.

    Thank you

Thank you all for your kind words. It was 6 years yesterday that my dad and some of his friends stopped by Aruba on a cruise while we were there for a trip. We had a blast on the beach at Playa Linda, happy hour at Pelican Pier, and then Joyride band at Buguloe.

    Husband left, dad right

My dad passed away at only 64 years old after a month long battle with Covid. He was unvaccinated, and while in the hospital he stressed that we need to let everyone know to “get that damn free shot”. My dad wasn’t against the vaccine, he just didn’t think he needed it. He lived in a rural community, saw the same people at the same places, and because he was generally in good health he just didn’t make it a priority. A choice he truly regretted and paid the ultimate price for.
The best trip is the next trip. Anxiously waiting to book something.

Tracey, so sorry to hear this. Your dad was young by today’s standards. Your message is spot on about the shots. The picture is beautiful. Hang on to those memories - one day at a time!

Tracey, your message about the shot is a good one that unfortunately comes with great personal loss. I’m so sorry about your dad. Praying that your good memories will help you through this difficult time.
