    Paul and I ent to a spring training game here in town Detroit vs Red Sox.
    The seats were costly (for spring training).
    They were in the sun and it was miserably hot.
    To make matters worse.........they brought their traveling squad and left Xander in Ft Myers that day.
    Even the 2 boys from Lakeland (Sale and Pearce) did not come to their hometown to play spring ball.


    Paul and I left after batting practice.
    I was whining about Xandar and spending $$ to see the "travel squad". Paul was annoyed that we were roasting in the sun and the seat hot his back........ so we ended up at Jersey Mikes for lunch and then went to feed the swans. Of course complaining the whole time

    I was thinking about you last night wondering how your game went, sorry to hear not so great. I thought about a spring training game a couple years ago but then changed my mind for that exact reason, you never know who you are going to see that day or not! Glad you at least had a nice lunch out and hopefully the swans relaxed you

    I'm happy for him, but that's a lot of $$$$ especially for a 26 year old and he's not the top paid player in MLB(Mike Trout signed $426.5 million 12 year contract).
