    Exactly, let me add that if you are departing between 11am and 4pm get there at least 3 hours early. It is really nice getting home and not having to go through Customs.

    I think a great majority of the traffic is the cause of nearly everyone having a vehicle of their own. You would think that even on a small island like Aruba that there would be no such thing, unless there are cruise ships in the port and their passengers are darting through traffic on their way to and from their ships.
